Luke brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience from Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, where he served as General Manager across New South Wales and Queensland. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of what Australians value in a home, along with the systems and processes required to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience from concept through to completion.

Luke spent three years as an Estimating Manager with Australian Developments before joining Metricon. Building a strong foundation in cost planning and project feasibility. He later went on to serve as CEO of Australasian Retail Projects, delivering high-end retail environments for global fashion brands across Australia and New Zealand. Today, he leads Longhorn with a clear vision: to create architecturally distinctive homes that offer flexibility, durability, and a new standard of lifestyle living in Australia.
