Before joining Longhorn, Craig spent over eight years as Director of his own consultancy, CMG Plus, where he specialized in streamlining systems, procurement strategies, and building advisory for developers. His impressive track record includes pivotal leadership roles as General Manager and Operations Manager for prominent builders like Haus Homes and Creation Homes, where he was instrumental in establishing state-wide operations, developing standard design ranges, and managing complex workflows from initial land acquisition through to final handover.

Craig’s professional journey is anchored by a 15-year tenure at Ausbuild, where he rose from a junior draftsperson to Associate Director of the wholesale and multi-residential division.
