Clint Cini is a two-time HIA Home of the year award winning construction expert with nearly three decades of experience in the Australian residential construction industry. Beginning his career as a carpenter, he progressed into roles including production estimating, sales estimating, building approvals, and site supervision, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the building process from planning through to delivery.

Clint spent a significant portion of his career with Metricon Homes, as a leading site manager of both customers’ homes and Metricon display homes, winning multiple HIA & Master Builders awards along the way.

Clint is known for his strong leadership, time management, and ability to plan and prioritise complex workflows while meeting deadlines. With a practical, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to quality outcomes, he brings extensive industry knowledge and professionalism to his role as Construction Manager with the Longhorn Group of Companies.
